As quickly Christmas went by I didn't realize that January would do the same thing. i can't believe it's 1/11/11 already! Wow. It's been pretty busy. G and I have been reminded that well there's only a handful of weeks left before baby girl Brown will make her grand appearance. I think we are both excited and terrified like most first time parents. We now have a crib and dresser and the nursery is slowly coming along as well. Last night I filled the dresser with lots of clothing. This girl does not need any clothes for the first three months of her life. We were extremely blessed by her older cousin Kathyrn and Auntie for giving us so many pieces of clothing. Speaking of clothing..... this weekend I stopped at my parents house and my mom opened up a tote full of my childhood clothing! I couldn't believe all the dresses. So adorable! My mom was in the middle of washing some of them and then she'll be handing those off to me. I'm so excited to be able to put our little Junebug into the same dresses that I wore when I was a baby. I'll definitely be taking pictures :) I'm hoping to get better at this blogging deal and will actually post some comparison pictures. Comparison #1 Will she have my hair or Gregs... aka Bald (me till I was 4) or wavy thick (Greg...not fair!) Here's hoping she get's G's hair. :)
In other news it's snowing out. It seems likes it's always snowing out. I still don't mind all that much because well people we live in the midwest and it's winter. :) Heck we aren't getting plowed on like NY. That would be kinda rough. The snow is pretty fluffy and sparkles which I enjoy. Granted I don't have to do any of the shoveling or plowing either....so that could explain some of my reasoning for still enjoying the snow....
