New Goal of Will Power

Yep that's what I need the most...will power.

I haven't been able to/allowed workout for two weeks and I feel it today. I finally was cleared to work out and worked out last night and wow am I ever out of shape. So here I go before the whole holiday season ....I'm going to get some will power and loose some weight.

Goals:
SHORT TERM

1. 5am workout (instead of after work workout)
2. Walk the dog (she needs to be healthier too!)
3. Get rid of refined sugars in my diet
4. Crave healthy food
5. Plan meals
6. Go to the doctor to get my heel fixed.
7. Get back to running ( I actually miss it SO much)
8. Blog daily - and a gratitude entry as well (staying on the positive)

LONG TERM

1. Stay on the road...with workout and good food.
2. Loose 30 lbs... yes this is still healthy for me.
3. Run that marathon!!!
3. Be accountable to myself

I figure if I blog about it well then I am accountable for it. There has to be a lot of changes to the morning routine in order for me to get to working out at 5am. This includes Greg driving to the park n ride, accepting that I won't get into work by 6am and aim for 7am, preparing lunch evening before and getting my buttay out of bed! I need to do this. I have always been concious of my eating and working out but because of some things recently I have let myself go some. I have gained 20-30lbs and am sick of it. I feel so much better when I kick my butt and eat healthy. So dangit I'm doing it.
