It's hard to believe that all of my roommates from college are now married. Back in college I lived with four other girls....yes it was crazy at times. The last of us five got married this weekend. Katie, also my actual roommate got married to a wonderful man named Cody. I love saying their names...Katie and Cody...so cute! Katie deserves the best and much happiness. She definitely found this in Cody. I remember hearing about this guy she met and was dating. She was so happy. The wedding took place in a small church in the back 'hills' of Wisconsin. Greg and I drove almost 4hrs and didn't get lost on all the county (insert letter or number) roads. The weather was nice which made the drive easier. Anyways, the church that they were married in looked to be the church that Cody grew up in which is very sweet. She had a pretty large wedding party including 5 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen, 5 ushers and of course a cute little ring bearer as well as flower girl. The theme was a spring green with specks of springy orange. It was beautiful. The service was nice and pretty traditional Lutheran wedding which included Katie being walked down the aisle by her brother accompanied by Canon in D. (my favorite!). Then we trucked over to another town (I think it was Richland Center, WI) for the reception. This was the fun part because I was able to sit and chat with my old roommates. Everyone had stories to tell especially when the keg
