Superbowl Weekend

Greg and I went out on our date night on Friday. We started out by going to Sgt. Pepper's and then went to see National Treasure 2. Sgt. Pepper's was really busy so we thought that we might be late for the movie but actually we ended up being early for the movie. As we waited for the sign to say now seating we watched as little pre-teen girls came rushing in for the Hanna Montana movie/concert....oye. It was pretty cute, I will admit that much. National Treasure was great and I am excited for the next one to come out. It's obvious that there is another movie coming out in my eyes anyways. Greg and I haven't been able to actually go out for a date night in a long time so it was really nice that we actually got to go out. Saturday was pretty laid back and then I hung out with some of my guy friends that evening. That was a blast too since I don't get to do that very often anymore. I do have to say that they crack me up. They really know how to make me laugh...at them. Since I didn't get home till really late Sunday ended up being a pretty laid back day too. Greg and I spent some good quality time together and then went over to Dixie's house to watch the "big game." I was pretty bored for most of the game until like the last 5 minutes. The commericals were okay but not as good as previous years. It was nice to see the underdogs (Giants) take the game during the last few minutes. I was happy for them.
This weekend ended up being really nice....spending time with friends always makes me happy. :)
