A Night Out on the Town

Greg and I rarely get to really go out on the town for a date but this Friday was an exception! Greg made a surprise date for me on Friday. I was told to dress nicely, so I was really excited. We started off the night in Bloomington at a restaurant called Whitney's Bistro. It was a nice place with good atmosphere. I ordered the salmon and found out that I don't like salmon done "medium" but thats okay I ate around the edges which were really good. I now know that when they ask me how i want my salmon done to order it medium well...or close to that. lol. Greg had a pasta dish that was also very yummy. After that we headed into DT Minneapolis where the big part of the night was to happen. We parked and by then I knew we were going to Orchestra hall. I was right! We went to the Minnesota Orchestra. It was AMAZING! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go at some point. I had chills for much of the program. After the program we drove to Grand Ave to finish up our night with some dessert. Of course we went to Cafe' Latte. YUM! Sadly by the end of the night I got a little sick from probably too much rich food or something like that but it was worth it! :) It was definitely a memorable night.
