Farmers Market

It's one of those places that so many people with similar thoughts come together. I just love the feeling of the farmers market. I especially love and appreciate the St. paul farmers market. I was told that this particular farmers market has strict rules. #1 being that the food that is produced must be within a certain radius. Many farmers markets allow food to be brought in from 100 of miles away. To me a farmers market is all about keeping this local.

Anyway, we took my nephew with us today. He's a little over 3years old and is hilarious. We took him because there was a paint a pot for your mom event going on. We weren't sure if my nephew would be interested in painting but he actually really enjoyed it! After painting the flower pot the ladies planted a small flower in the pot. It ended up being so cute. Once we were finished up with that project we took him around the market itself. It was a little chilly out and there wasn't too many veggies around but there were an abundance of potted flowers. I did take my camera along so I actually took some fun pictures. My nephew was being a good sport letting me snap various pictures of him. All in all it was a great time.

Tonight...bonfire and meeting my bff new man! I'm so excited :)
